If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, AllyM will provide a full refund or exchange of the item. Please keep in mind that due to their organic nature, pearls are not uniform in appearance or colour.

Please note that the item you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging. AllyM will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Before your return you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item by emailing us at orders@AllyM-Pearls.co.uk quoting your order number. We will then provide you with your Return Reference (RR) number and the delivery address, which you will need for your refund and exchange.

Please also include the original receipt in the returned parcel and state your Return Reference (RR) number on the receipt. Please note that any returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Reference number will not be accepted.
You must return the goods by Recorded/Signed for Service only.  Please note that all postal or courier costs for returned goods are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of incorrectly supplied goods. Please keep your proof of postage certificate, as AllyM will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that AllyM do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Tracked and Signed for postal service, DHL or FedEx.
In the event of an exchange please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional carriage, shipping. Any unused credit will remain on your account until your next purchase. Please note that exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and passed a satisfactory quality control check.

Sale Items

Any items returned outside the above mentioned time frame are accepted at the discretion of AllyM and can only be refunded as an AllyM store credit or an exchange for different item.

Earrings and bespoke or specially commissioned items

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings, bespoke or specially commissioned items. Bespoke and commissioned items cannot be refunded as consultation throughout the design process would have taken place. For hygiene reasons AllyM cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty.
